There will be a box to check if you choose to use the Program Affiliation Fee. The program will calculate your chapter’s dues using either the affiliation fee method or the per member method.
D.
Please be sure ‘Pending Submissions’ are correct before ‘Submitting Pending Memberships’. Once they are submitted, they are in the system.
E.
After submitting pending memberships, check the ‘Account Balance’ and print invoices for district, area & state (state invoice will include national dues).
F.
Dues deadline is November 1 for fall semester & March 1 for spring semester.
